Good evening,
While trying to install a USB mouse, my system (Windows 98 SE) is asking me to provide the installation software.
However, I no longer have it.
The files it is looking for are "hidclass.sys", "hidparse.sys", "hidusb.sys".
I have all my information regarding my Windows 98 usage license. Is it possible to recover the missing elements from somewhere?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello nana! ! !
- It's possible that your win98 version is not the second edition!
- Otherwise, go to the "toutlesdrivers.com" website, you will find your drivers there! Once installed, it will be fine!

Good evening, to find the missing files, you can go to the site; http://members.aol.com/htmlsue/hidusb.htm, download them into a folder and indicate the path to Windows during the installation. I hope it works, bye.
I'm sure it's win98SE because I checked it with "Aida32", which confirmed it for me.
I've already visited the site you're talking about, but unfortunately, the mouse I bought is not listed. It's a "Freewave child". I have a feeling this is a dead end...
Thank you for your contribution.
