Hello,
I have a Canon MPC 190 printer, I lost the installation CD, I downloaded the software from the Canon website, however during installation, the program asks for the CD and does not recognize the software.
When I unzip the program, where should I place it so that the system can find it and complete the installation without asking me for the installation CD?
Thank you for your help.

Hello,
here is the software: https://www.canon.fr/support/consumer_products/products/fax__multifunctionals/inkjet/smartbase_series/smartbase_mpc190.html
have you installed the Windows SP2 Patch?
1- uninstall the software that is installed.
2- first install the software then restart, after the restart you can connect the printer.
install the patch mp4x0tMPSxpsp2.zip
to see how it works>>>>https://www.canon.fr/support/business-product-support/
Good luck
