Hello,
I am in Roye (Somme) on the ST JUST transmitter and I only receive TF1, M6, TMC, NT1..... etc. at certain times of the day and sometimes not at all on other days. Reception power is 40%. I have a rooftop antenna.
Could someone in Roye tell me if they have the same issue?

I am 8 km from Roye, same problem, no TF1, NRJ 12, and TMC, the only channels with some "interesting" movies, so if someone could guide me, I have a signal of 58 and quality of 90.
Same as everyone who has lost the channels and there is only a little left on TNT

PARTIAL TNT RECEPTION (any channel, regardless of location...)
Reminder: pay attention to these points
- use of a standard UHF outdoor antenna (channels 21 to 69) with a gain of at least 13 dBi
- installation clear above the roof ridges
- use of appropriate coaxial cable, part number: 19 Vatc or 17 Vatc
- no signal division accessory shaped like a "T"
- possible use of a UHF preamplifier (or already preamplified antenna)
- possible use of a splitter, 2, 3 or 4 directions, shielded with F connector
- pointing and adjusting the antenna using the "Quality" bar graph of the adapter
- possible use of a passive or active indoor antenna depending on the signal strength

Hello, could someone help me because my TNT box isn't picking up any channels? I live in Champs-sur-Marne, I've connected my box to the building's antenna where I live, and nothing happens, while when I switch back to the TV, I can receive all channels from 1 to 6.

Hello, my parents live near Mulhouse, and recently they can no longer receive TF1, Arte, TMC, and NRJ12, while two weeks ago everything was working fine! I live in Saint-Louis and I receive those channels very well on channel 21 frequency 474 with a collective antenna and my TNT decoder! When I try to manually search for these channels at my parents' place, channel 21 indicates nothing at all! Can anyone help me please? Thank you in advance.

Since then, TF1 and TMC have disappeared. I have no reception on either a receiver or on the HD receiver of the Freebox or on the integrated digital receiver in my television.
For your information, I am connected to a collective antenna. I also think that the rearrangement of frequencies may have been poorly supported by the collective antenna in terms of bandwidth and gain. I can only see this as an explanation.
Furthermore, with a simple portable antenna (rectangle type for a portable television), I manage to receive TMC but with many display errors.

In a collective antenna, only the syndic or the building manager is authorized to request the intervention of the antenna technician to adjust the antenna (modify filters or amplification).

I have the same problem as you, except that I have been receiving TNT for several months now (in Hérault) and these 3 channels have been inaccessible to me for only a few days... I am using a Pinnacle USB stick, I tried reinstalling the software, without success; I tried a beta version, even more bugs :(
Good evening everyone, we bought a 19" Orion TV with built-in TNT. We are in Herbignac, so either the Vanne or Nantes transmitter. We headed towards Nantes but can only receive TF1, M6, TMC, W9, and two others. That's it.

Haven't you read the link provided in message 48 that discusses the difficulties in receiving any multiplex?
NON RECEIVING MULTIPLEX R6 (TF 1, TMC, NRJ 12, etc...)
If the installation is compliant, check with your antenna technician, as in some regions there are issues with the frequency plan and coverage area of the transmitters that interfere with each other (the so-called "SFN" technique, in particular). Then you can have the survey document filled out for a special handling of your issue... as already explained in the link.

I just acquired a flat screen with TNT and indeed I can't receive TF1 and TMC on TNT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in the Douai area

I can no longer receive TF1, TMC, and NRJ 12
I think it's the transmitter that's modulating in different directions, they treat us like idiots
I have the impression that they are directing the power intermittently in different directions to try to please
everyone; they do not have the means to transmit at maximum in all directions
I have all the Belgian TNT channels perfectly since the beginning
observation made in view of the following
------------------------------- I did not have these 3 channels in Valenciennes at the beginning of the broadcast
without doing anything for 2 months I had everything correctly without changing anything on my antenna
but since Tuesday, November 25, 2008, nothing again
why ... the antenna installation is not the problem.....

Same problem, impossible to pick up TF1, TMC, and NRJ 12 with an integrated TNT television. I tried with a decoder and it's the same. Is someone going to take action, because this is not normal. All the other channels are received at 100%.
