PC infecté par virus trojan et spyware

Bonjour,

Aidez moi car je ne suis pas douée en informatique et je ne sais pas comment faire!
Hier, mon copain est allé sur MSN pour se connecter et a vu dans les actualités le sujte sur les feux en Californie. Il a cliqué dessus et là est apparu une fenêtre indiquant que l'ordinateur était infesté. Les virus sont : PSW.x-vir trojan et trojan-spy.win32@mx. J'ai fait tourné Avast qui l'a détecté mais ne l'a pas éliminé.
Le PC redémarre mais on ne peut plus rien faire car j'ai un triangle jaune avec un point d'exclamation qui nous indique que le PC est infecté!
Que dois-je faire?

Ouvre ce lien (merci a S!RI pour ce programme). http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.php
et télécharge SmitfraudFix.exe.

Regarde le tuto
Exécute le en choisissant l’option 1, il va générer un rapport
Copie/colle le sur le poste stp.

Bonjour ME je ne suis pas la personne qui a posté en premier mais j'ai un virus trojan (aussi) apparemment qui est sur mon ordinateur : le souci c'est qu'il a bloqué avast et mon ordinateur depuis ne fais que souffler, cad que le ventilo n'arrête pas de démarrer et de s'éteindre à intervalles irréguliers , je ne peux plus exécuter mes fichiers mm en tant qu'administrateur !
je suis nulle en informatique et je ne sais pas quoi faire!
pourriez vous m'aider ? SVP
j'ai peur que mon rodinateur surchauffe ! et qu'il crame merci d'avance !
