Probleme formatage

Bonjour,
voila mon probleme, j'ai un hp pavilion dv5000 en voulant formater le DD, tout se passait normal après formatage et partition et avant installation de winxp, j'ai un écran bleu: stop: c0000218 {registry file failure} the registry cannot load the hive (file): \systemroot\system32\config\sam or its log or alternate. it is corrupt, absent, or not writable
quelq'un peut avoir une solution
