cartridge rejected

Hello, I bought universal cartridges but after two proper uses they are rejected. Do you have a solution to allow their use?

    What printer model (brand and model).
    What cartridge references?

    I mainly work with VB6, VB.NET and C#, but moderation often brings me to other languages as well.
    In VB.NET, remember to enable "Option Explicit" and "Option Strict".
