Hello,
I have a desktop PC running Windows 10 connected to a printer via USB and a laptop running Windows 8.1.
I shared the printer from the desktop, and I can see the printer on the laptop
when I try to connect to the printer on the laptop to install it, I get the following message
"Windows cannot connect to the printer. Access denied."
Can you help me resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 60.0

    Hello,

Check out this link, you might find some ideas there:

Why don't you connect your printer to the router (if you have one) via USB cable, with the computer itself connected to the router via Ethernet cable? It would be simpler.

      Thank you for your response
the PCs are all on Wi-Fi and not on Ethernet, I had already read this page without success.

Ethernet or Wi-Fi, it doesn't matter.
See if you can connect the printer to the box via cable if it doesn't accept Wi-Fi.

I can try to see if it works, but I won't be able to leave the printer on the box for a long time (lack of space) connected to the TV.
