Hello, I have a Motorola Moto G Play that was given to me by a client (I’m a computer tech) and the lady assures me that she never had a Google account on it. I can’t reset it because it indeed has a Google account on it. It is FRP locked for those who know about it... Yes, there are a million videos on YouTube to unlock it... But I’m looking for a viable, reliable solution. Thank you for your responses.

Hello,
There are surely workarounds for protections available on the internet, but they are not disseminated on CCM any more than "alternative" methods that would not be approved by operators.
