my phone has been working perfectly for years. I didn’t touch anything but for the last two days the "base" is blinking on both of my devices. The base is connected to the fiber box, I’ve tried everything you said to do in a previous post but nothing works... Can you help me I’m not keen on buying two new phones, thanks the batteries are charged

    Try using fresh, uncharged batteries and see what that yields.

    If replacing the rechargeable batteries didn’t help.

    The handset must be re-registered because the link has been lost.
