Hello

I changed my phone, and after transferring MP3s from PC to phone, they

do not open: Their average size is 35 MB.

What should I do?

Thank you for the response.

Chris

    Hello,

First of all, make a copy of the original folder on your PC to prevent any incidents during the transfer (regardless of the chosen procedure)

      Hello,

The copy itself should not be a problem.

One cannot formally relate the listening duration to the file size since it also depends on its encoding, but it is possible that if these files are very large, the phone may freeze during playback due to insufficient processor and RAM capacity, depending on the model: perform the test to be sure with a standard isolated song; it typically takes between 3 and 8 MB of disk space on my PC (often more if it concerns, for example, pieces of classical music where one can easily reach several tens of MB).

    Hello,

Maybe grant access (authorize) to the chosen mp3 reader application, instead of storage (internal, SD card...)

    Just an idea...
