Hello,

I bought a Xiaomi 3rd gen box to better run Molotov on a TV in a studio that I plan to rent out. To secure everything, I installed Projectivy Launcher from my home, and I thought I had purchased the premium version. Apparently, that didn’t work since I am being asked to upgrade to premium. I selected that option and then got Billing_unavailable. The purchase went wrong, and now I'm stuck. Has this happened to anyone before? I'm throwing a message in a bottle.

    Currently, the Premium subscription is purchased directly from Projectivy Launcher via Google Play services. Therefore, you need to have a Google account on your device. Other payment options will be added later for devices that do not have a Google account.

    If you encounter payment issues with your TV, make sure to:

    • Your Google account is connected
    • Your device is up to date and has been restarted.

    You can also download Projectivy on your smartphone to finalize the purchase.
