Epson XP-445 stuck with "ink pad" error

Epson XP-445 stuck with "printer ink pad is at the end of its service life" error.. is it possible to reset this printer to make it work again without changing those famous pads? How?  . . Thank you in advance. Best regards.

    To resolve the error "printer ink pad at the end of its life" on your Epson XP-445, you can reset the counter using a reset utility and a separately purchased reset code.
