Hello,

Do you know if there is a malfunction with ChatGPT?

Since yesterday afternoon I haven't been able to use it.
My last conversation was interrupted (without any message)
All my previous conversations have disappeared 
and this morning the vertical arrow to send a discussion remains grey.

At no time did I receive any particular message.

I use Firefox, I just tried Chrome,
the problem I've had before is the connection!
I log in with my email address, but my password is no longer valid.

Microsoft offers to send a code, but that code never arrives...

But I get the following response:
