Hello,

I usually connect my Galaxy A33 phone to my PC via USB cable to display my photos and files, but tonight, it's not working. My phone is powered on and connected; the phone's name is displayed under "my PC," but it says it's empty.

Have you encountered this type of problem?

Once the USB connection is made, swipe down on the smartphone screen,

click on USB,

check file transfer...
