Hello, I bought a new Samsung A14 and once I installed my banking app, I couldn't access it because the phone is supposedly rooted. I haven't done anything. I tried to reset it to factory settings but that didn't change anything. I also installed Super Su to remove the root but it’s the same... What can I do? Has anyone else had the same problem?

    Where did you buy your smartphone?... I have doubts about the origin of the Samsung since it is... rooted. It is probably refurbished but not new.
