Possibility to install Microsoft Photo Pro 10 on Windows 11

Hello,
On my Windows 10, I was able to reinstall the Microsoft Photo Pro 10 software, which was originally called Picture It.
I can't install it on Windows 11; the CD stops halfway through the loading process.
Is there a procedure to complete the installation?
Thank you very much to anyone who could provide information, as I can't find any equivalent to replace this user-friendly system.

If not, the "Photos" software built into Windows 11 seems simple enough although with a completely different ergonomics.
And you can create a video from "Photos" by opening the "Clipchamp" software, also integrated.
