TomTom Go Classic

Hello,

I'm using a TomTom classic. After an update, the device got stuck on the TomTom screen with no way to turn it off. Since the device is under warranty, I reported it to my seller. I received it back after a standard exchange. Once I got home, I was able to enter various addresses and then checked for updates. There was one regarding the firmware. I completed it and I'm facing the same problem again: frozen screen and inability to turn it off.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
