Disable my "ad blocker"

Hello,

France TV is telling me that an "ad blocker" is preventing me from enjoying their services. The examples they provide (to find and disable this blocker) do not match what I see "in the upper right" of my screen. I tried through the "Settings" menu of Firefox, but nowhere in "Privacy and Security" do I find an equivalent that could correspond to this function.

Could it be that my antivirus "Kaspersky" is the cause?

Thank you for your help and advice (-:

    Hello.

    Nothing to do with Kaspersky.

Disable the ad blocker that is in the Firefox extensions https://support.mozilla.org/fr/kb/desactiver-supprimer-modules

    OR

    Repair Firefox https://support.mozilla.org/fr/kb/reparer-firefox-reinitialiser-modules-parametres

    OR

Use your internet provider's TV services, for example with Orange:

    https://tv.orange.fr/en-direct/programmes-en-cours

Big THANK YOU, Bazfile for your response and your indications!!! (-:

I proceeded with the "Mozilla repair": the second link you suggested (which also removes any potential add-ons): it didn’t change anything.

      I don’t have a TV with Orange...

      Wishing you all the best...

      Benoît
