Lacoste watch hourly beep

Hello,

I have a Lacoste L33 watch.

It beeps every hour and sometimes at a certain time. The alarm is not activated. How do I turn off this annoying beep? Thank you for your help.

Hello,

It may not really be an alarm, but rather the hourly chime that is activated. Many watches emit a small beep at the top of the hour when this function is enabled. Perhaps by holding down the "mode" button or going into the settings, you will find an option labeled "SIG" or "CHIME" to disable. Normally, if everything is fine, the "SIG" indicator disappears from the screen once it is turned off.

I don't know the L33 model precisely, but if you can't find it, it would be worth checking the online manual, as the PDF manual is often easy to find.
