Hello,

Each site has its own registration system that a third-party site does not need to know about, but it always involves a username and a password.

If someone has unsubscribed and even if they remember their previous credentials, it is unlikely that they can reuse them to recover their previous history.

Otherwise, the question is surprising: it is indeed enough to create a new username-password pair... unless one has been misbehaving to the point of being banned from the site.
