    Hello,

    Start by completely powering it off and then unplugging the power cord.

    Then plug it back in and see if it turns on again.

    Reset the waste ink counter but this requires third-party software like Epson Adjustment Program or WIC Reset Utility.

    These tools reset the ink pad counter to zero.

    You can always contact Epson support as customer service can assist you or offer a repair.

    It seems to me that the E-10 error on an Epson printer is generally related to a paper jam or a print head blockage. Here’s what you can try:

    Turn off and unplug the printer, remove any jammed paper, check that the print head moves freely, then turn it back on to see if the error disappears.

    If the problem persists, it may also be related to a clogged internal sensor. In this case, cleaning or a service visit may sometimes be necessary.
