X96 box won't turn on

Hello everyone,

I just received my X96 box but no lights turn on.

I’ve browsed a bit through the videos, etc., I pressed the switch in AV but still nothing, of course, I unplugged and plugged it back in, etc....

If anyone has a trick or solution, I’d appreciate it, thanks in advance to all.

Hello,

No lights are coming on

I pressed the switch in AV but still nothing, of course unplugged, plugged back in, etc.

Return to customer service (if it's a new purchase…) and assert the warranty.
