Unable to connect to Zimbra Alice mailbox

Hello,

Since yesterday, either the login or password is incorrect. I can't access my Alice email account where all my important exchanges are, and I'm waiting for others!!!

After contacting Free, I sent an email to the Abuse service.

I hope they will take my request into account as I know nothing about computers.

Apparently, many are in the same situation as me right now.

Is there anyone among you who has found a solution?

    Hello,

    It comes from their servers, so only Free is able to take the necessary actions in this area.

      Indeed, I am convinced, but they asked me to send an email to ***@***, but there are so many technical questions for me that I don't know if they will take care of my case.

        The best thing to do is to wait, it won’t help, the problem comes from Free's servers, changing your hardware will not solve the issue.
