Hello,
The light on my AMTC DTHD168R decoder stays red. I checked if my remote control is working, and it is. I can't get my decoder to work; it remains on the red light. Can you please help me? Thank you.

Try unplugging the power plug.
A quick search online shows that there are many recurring issues with this device (very poor quality products…). As for the rest, I couldn't find the manual in a free version; it is available for a fee.
Now, a HD TNT adapter of this type is sold for less than 30 euros in supermarkets and online.
Maybe with another charger, but I'm not sure it's worth the expense given the current price of a HD TNT adapter!

If you have access to the menu (I don't think so, but still…), you can try to see the reset option.
