Hello, impossible to move it due to a completely crumpled sheet coming out crooked! It said the printer was jammed by the .... I didn't have time to read the rest! I've checked everything and cleaned it ... I'm going to take it in for repair! A white plastic piece is underneath the carriage and is no longer fixed without breaking anything!

    As you mentioned...

     A white plastic part is under the cart and is no longer fastened without breaking anything

    It's better to go through a specialist to avoid causing more damage. Keep us informed if the operation is feasible.
