The touchscreen on my phone is not working anymore.

Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy A14 and, as stated in the title, the touchscreen is no longer working. I can't do anything, not even turn it off or restart it!

There was a major system update, but it worked perfectly fine afterwards. I tried removing the SIM card, but nothing changes. It happened very suddenly.

What is the solution? Thank you.

      Hello,

      This was probably related to a bug. After a few unsuccessful attempts to try to get it working, it may have just been luck that the touch side started working again. I then proceeded to restart it...

      Now the phone is working well again! Thanks to the person who intervened.
