    Hello,

    Ah, the famous cyan print.

Check the nozzles with a print head alignment test or using the Epson software.

If this pattern is missing, it's likely that the nozzles are clogged.

You can perform a manual deep cleaning since often the automatic cleaning isn't sufficient.

Go on Google to see how to use a commercially purchased cleaning kit to inject the special liquid directly into the nozzles.

There’s also a specialized maintenance kit compatible with Epson to unclog the print heads without dismantling the printer.

Make sure that the ink used is genuine Epson as generic inks can sometimes cause blockages, which explains why printers that do not accept generics refuse them because the color is often misrecognized.

This is done using distilled water and syringes to unclog manually.

The tanks are full with the EcoTank System if you have this version: Epson EcoTank.

This version shows you how to clean the internal conduits to verify later that the ink is flowing properly.

You can also reset the internal settings with Power Cleaning, for example, which can even unclog the most stubborn heads.

If nothing works, leave the printer turned off for 12 hours to allow the ink to stabilize.

Check that the translucent film inside is not hidden.

If this problem persists, it could be that the print head is damaged, and you'll need to contact a repair center near you or buy a new printer.

    Have a good day.
