Bonjour,

cela fait quelques jours que je n'arrive plus à ouvrir mes pages web avec internet explorer, j'ai téléchargé mozilla même problème, je ne peux plus me conecter à msn erreur 81000306 de plus mon antivirus avast ne se met plus en route et au démarrage on me demande de l'acheter alors qu'il est gratuit serait ce un virus ?

Bonjour,

j'ai eu des problèmes d'abord j'arrive pas à supprimer avast, ensuite hier soir j'ai lancé antivir en mode normal voici le rapport

remets un rapport hijack this
je m'absente
je reviens dans la soirée
essaie de réparer internet de cette façon
démarrer >> panneau de configuration >> options Internet >> onglet "Sécurité"

cliquer sur "rétablir toutes les zones au niveau par défaut"

onglet "avancés"

cliquez sur "Réinitialiser" puis "appliquer""ok"

lancer IE, on se retrouve sur les réglages de base (filtre anti hameçonnage, moteur de recherche...)

ou

tente une réparation de ie avec ceci

avast est encore sur ton pc?
tu ne l'as pas désinstallé?
en pricipe il se désinstale facilement par ajout suppression de programmes, tu désactives le bouckier et tu le supprimes
si cela ne fonctionne pas voici sondésinstalleur

j'ai réussi à désinstaller avast grace à ton lien car par ajout suppression de programmes c'était impossible je viens de lancer kapersky à toute

avec le pc que tu nettoies pour avoir une connection il faut que j'aille dans option internet connexion configurer à chaque fois et je n'arrive à me connecter qu'avec msn

démarrer/connexion réseau
clic droit sur connection au réseau local==>statut===>support
clic sur "réparer"
windows va tenter de réparer ta connexion et t'attribuer une IP

j'ai oublié de te dire au début iexplorer ne fonctionnait pas et je suis allée dans le forum messagerie car je n'arrive pas à ouvrir les dossiers de partage msn on m'a dit de faire ceci : convert c:/fs:ntfs et après plus de connexion msn ça ne viendrait pas de là ?

tu étais en FAT32 et tu es passé en ntfs?
alors là je ne sais pas t'aider... c'est possible que ton problème vienne de là..
essaie tout de même soit la 1ère méthode soit celle ci

Démarrer---->Paramètres---->Panneau de configuration---->Connexions réseau
Faire un clic droit sur la connexion par défaut, nommée en général "Connexion au réseau local" ou "Accès à distance" si tu utilises un modem téléphonique, et choisir Propriétés.
Faire un double clic sur l'élément Protocole Internet (TCP/IP) et choisir le bouton-radio Obtenir les adresses des serveurs DNS automatiquement.
Clique deux fois sur OK, et redémarre l'ordinateur.
