    Hello,

These are scams, false alerts, you might be able to get out of it maybe with

    https://www.commentcamarche.net/applis-sites/applications/28917-desactiver-les-notifications-des-sites-web-dans-un-navigateur/

Or by force closing the concerned browser with Ctrl+Alt+Delete > Task Manager.

Or if you can find a way, check the PC like this :

    Hello Billmaxime,

He says that even after closing the computer, it reappears.

I think we need to reset Firefox or Chrome.

If you want to reset Firefox

Save the bookmarks from the history, Import and backups < Important (Or recover from the bookmarksbackup folder of the profile)

    Download the Firefox setup, https://www.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/all/

Uninstall it, then in your Windows start menu search bar, type %AppData%

Rename the Mozilla folder to > Mozilla.OLD (Backup of the profile to be deleted later)

In the Windows start menu search bar, type %LocalAppData%

    Delete the Mozilla folder

    Reinstall Firefox, import the bookmarks.

    To reset Google Chrome

You can download the Offline setup of Chrome under Install Chrome Offline > alternative installation file for Chrome

    https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95346?hl=fr&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

Export the Chrome favorites (Important) via the 3 dots Favorites and lists > Bookmark Manager > the 3 dots below

Uninstall Chrome through the control panel > Programs and features

Then search for %LocalAppData% and rename the Google folder to > Google.OLD (Backup of the profile to be deleted later)

Reinstall Chrome and import the favorites

      Hello Fabul,

He says that even after closing the computer, it reappears

it's normal if he doesn't perform the action to stop the process

click on the CTRL+ALT+DEL OR DELETE keys

in the page that opens, click on ==> task manager

in the page that opens, locate your browser and click on it to highlight it

then, click on ==> end task

restart the PC and everything will be fine

To avoid this kind of problems, you need to use an ad or script blocker.

I prefer NoScript, with an intelligent blocking of everything except what we unblock (Our known sites).

I would redirect to the Browser forum, but we don't know which browser it is about.
