Hello. Since the last update, everything is in Chinese. I can't read Chinese and cannot understand the menu commands. Perhaps we can change the language? Thank you if you can help me, there are many of us in this situation.

Hello. Apparently, my response didn't go through...
Thank you for your help.
I couldn't find the ideograms anywhere, nor a list. When I go to the settings, the menu is in Chinese and I'm afraid that, if there was a list, "French" would still be in Chinese. I wanted to change a setting... I hope they will fix it quickly...
Have a good evening
Hello,
You are probably using the V720 application to manage a surveillance camera (such as the MACTION V720 or a similar camera). This application is available on iOS and Android and supports multiple languages, including French, according to available information. However, users have reported that recent updates display the menus in Chinese, which seems to be your case.
Since the menus are in Chinese, here is a method to navigate through the settings based on the layout of the menus and icons, rather than reading the Chinese characters:
You should see the main screen, which may include options like the camera list or a settings menu.
Look for an icon that resembles a gear () or a menu symbol (often three horizontal lines ☰ or a profile icon). These icons are usually located at the top right or bottom of the screen.
If you can't find the icon, try clicking on the corners of the screen (top right or bottom) to see if a menu opens.
Once in the settings menu, look for an option with a symbol that might represent language, such as a globe, the letter A, or a text symbol (for example, 语言 or 語言 in Chinese, which means "language").
Depending on Android devices, the language option is often in system settings under "Language and Input" or "Language." For V720, this may be similar.
If you don't recognize the options, try clicking on each menu item one by one to see if it displays a list of languages (you might recognize "Français," "English," or other familiar languages).
If you find a list of languages, look for "Français" or "French." Click on it to change the language.
If you can't succeed, uninstall the application and reinstall it again!
