Compromised account, how to unlock via management interface

Hello,
I have had a Free email address for 25 years and I have noticed that my FB account has been hacked through my email address.
Now, my Free account (my main messaging service, but considered secondary since I no longer have a Freebox) is blocked, or labeled "compromised".
The Free webmail interface no longer recognizes my password (which must have been retrieved by a third party), and prompts me to "unlock your account by logging into the management interface of the broadband subscription fbx26####66 from your connection."
I have no idea how to go about it?
Thank you so much for your help.

Thank you for your response and promptness,
I have already consulted the link https://postmaster.free.fr/comptescompromis.html which leads me to the page :
The quickest way to unlock an account is to follow an automatic procedure when possible. If you do not know the status of your account (main account, secondary account, account linked to a high-speed subscription, etc.), you can use the RecupCompte interface which will indicate the procedure to follow or allow you to recover a new password.
Except that I do not know how to access the management interface :
The compromised account is a secondary account. You can unlock your account by logging into the management interface of the High-speed subscription fbx26####66 from your connection.
Could you provide some clarification?

Thank you very much, but if I no longer have a FREE box, I no longer have a line identifier.
I canceled my FREE BOX subscription about twenty years ago and only kept my free email address (hosted by ZIMBRA).
Do you think that the customer service at 3244 can still help me?

Thank you, the 3444 service recommends that I send my complaint by email to the address ***@*** specifying that I am no longer attached to a Freebox.
I will keep you updated...
Thanks again for helping me make a little progress...
