    Hello,

A raster image (JPG, PNG, etc.) is made up of pixels, while a JEF file is a vector file containing embroidery point instructions. The conversion requires transforming the image into an embroidery pattern, which can be complex depending on the quality and complexity of the image.

Simple images with clear colors and few details (like logos or minimalist drawings) yield better results.
    Use embroidery software:
Popular software: Programs like Janome Digitizer MBX, Brother PE-Design, Bernina ArtLink, Hatch Embroidery, or SewArt can convert an image to JEF.
