Your code is unknown. Wouldn't it be the PUK/PIN code for your smartphone instead!

Several options:

1 - If it's the PUK code that's being requested because you've entered the wrong PIN several times.

The PUK code can be obtained from your mobile operator or through your mobile subscriber area; it is also indicated on the card that supports the SIM card.

2 - If this phone is not yours, check with its owner.
