Locked keyboard

Hello!

I wanted to reset my HP Elitebook Intel Core i5, everything goes well until the TPM Ppi message. It asks if I want to "clear" the TPM Ppi, I have the option to press F1 to accept or F2 to reject. So far, so good, until I press F2 to refuse (I don’t know what the TPM Ppi is, so I'm not going to erase anything) but nothing happens. I also pressed F1, same result. I restarted the PC several times, and 2 seconds after startup, the message appears, then the fan kicks in and makes a lot of noise (compared to usual).

Thank you.

Hello

regarding your keyboard, is it indeed the PC keyboard, not a Bluetooth keyboard?

have you tested a wired USB keyboard?

have you done a BIOS update recently?

first try a CMOS clear.

Press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds.

I await your response
