MSI Center won't launch.

Hello,
I need your help, I've been trying for days to install MSI Center, and nothing works, I've searched the internet for a solution but none work for me, I've tried to uninstall it with the MSI software but it also won't start, plus I can't run the applications as an administrator, I'm on Windows 11 with an MSI Z890KF motherboard.
If anyone has an idea.
