I am looking for a TV movie,

A young woman randomly ends up with a farmer, but he doesn't love her!

They live on a farm and soon after their first child is born, either Rose or Elizabeth, but they miss the birth of their child and it's a healer who helps her give birth. This TV movie was so moving that I can't remember the name.

The film is set in Australia. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name.
