Blue screen, computer is not working anymore

My screen suddenly displayed a blue screen with several options such as: exit and restart Windows 11, shut down your computer, troubleshooting, and advanced options, or connect with a USB drive or other.

Every option I choose tells me that my computer is diagnosing, but the problem couldn't be resolved.

So now I find myself with a computer (I've had it for 3 weeks) that displays a blue screen with non-working options, why?? And how can I resolve this??

    Hello,

    In Troubleshoot, you have System Restore > Choose another restore point...

    If you need to reinstall Windows

    Use the link to download the Windows ISO to create a USB drive (at least 8GB) to update, repair, or install Windows

    Once you have the Windows ISO file, you can create a Bootable USB drive with Rufus

    In GPT mode for EFI

    Boot from it using the Boot Menu key on your PC

    You can search on Google "[Brand Model] Boot Menu Key"

    Choose "Custom installation" (not upgrade)

    No need to format if there is space, if there are data, they will be found in a Windows.old folder (which will be automatically deleted after 10 days)

    Install on the same partition, or alternatively, delete all system partitions and create a new one (this will delete the data).
