Hello,
After purchasing the heigaolapc mini PC, the device, which is a PC Stick type, does not start. It does not power on at all, the screen remains stuck in the same state, even after several attempts.
I suspect this might be due to a wrong BIOS configuration or excessive driver installations, which could have caused this problem.
How can I reset the device to its normal operating state?
If an expert can help me and guide me, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
