Hello,

I have a Samsung A32 phone and a JBL 500 wired headset, but I can't answer calls by pressing the button on the wire. I can hear my music and everything, but I can't answer or even decline calls. If you could help me. Thank you.

    Hello, so no, that's not it because with my husband's phone, when there's a call, he presses the button and it answers directly, but on my A32s phone, it doesn't work.

    Hello.

    I'm not quite sure what the issue is with this function on your phone, but you should know that to answer or end a call, you need to hold the button for 1 second for each action.

    And to decline a call, you need to hold the button for 3 seconds.
