Hello, I bought a Isonix USB flash drive with one USB-C side and the other USB side, I started saving my photos and everything was going well. Now neither my mobile phone nor my PC recognizes the drive. Can you help me?

Thank you

    Hello,

Tell more about the key, (Size)

And create a report (With the key connected to Windows) using ChipGenius

Note: This is a tool to extract information about USB hardware, (USB controller chip model, memory chip, etc.) It can be detected by antivirus software as a virus when it is not, I use it, nothing to worry about.

Disable real-time protection of the antivirus while downloading, extracting everything, and running ChipGenius, or add the files to exceptions.

Otherwise, it's the same thing, the below version here with a password:

    https://www.usbdev.ru/files/chipgenius/

Right-click in the ChipGenius window and then close the small information window with "Ok" (Which means the report is in the clipboard), then use Ctrl + V to paste the generated text in a next reply.

    Hello again,

If you can, take a screenshot of Windows Disk Management to see where the key is, if it says "No Media" on the left (I suspect it).

Even if that's the case, it may be or is probably repairable, but we need a ChipGenius report to be able to help you with it.

You can also take a JPG screenshot of ChipGenius, but text format works for me too; it's even easier for copying and pasting the results afterwards.

To know the brand and model of the controller for the key especially.

Indeed, marked No Media, so the firmware is Ko

But we can make it Ok

The manufacturer is ChipsBank, and it's a fairly recent drive

Try the latest tool here in Windows to see if it detects it. If it detects it, you'll see some information in a box.

There is a Settings button where we can modify some parameters of the drive.

And the All Start button to reprogram the drive.

    Otherwise, the older versions.

For older versions than those on the other page

And the APTools, to be used only as a last resort (if necessary before UMPTool)

    Re Hello @Calous18 StatusMember

Have you found out if the tool or another older one on the same page (2199), or on the old page (2099) (Starting with the latest versions) detects the key?

Have you managed to reprogram it?

I will check it afterwards with H2testw

If you have more questions, feel free to click on "Reply".

Or let me know if it’s resolved?

    Have a nice day.
