Why am I not getting any incoming connections in BitTorrent?

I use BitTorrent version 7.11.0.46507 and for the past few days I haven't been able to add any torrents, no incoming connections.

    UPNP Network or Port Forwarding question.

    Unless it's a misconfigured firewall.
