Thank you for your response @HelpiOS StatutModérateur yes, it's indeed 2 different accounts with 2 different numbers, and I am a Premium member on both accounts. However, I haven't received any account restriction notifications from Telegram, which is why I find it strange. Additionally, in some groups, I can't send messages while I can with my other account. It's not critical when I can't send a message in a group; I just add it to my other account and send the message. I would like to know why this is happening???

If your account hasn't been restricted - you can check that on the @SpamBot channel - then it's just the admin of those specific groups who has blocked your account. And since you can continue to send messages with your other account, this confirms that assumption.
