Bluetooth headset on SFR box

Hello,

I can't seem to connect a Bluetooth headset to my SFR box.
I go to "settings", "Bluetooth" then "discover". There I search for nearby devices, I find my headset, I click ok. Then it asks me if I want to connect the headset to my Box, I click "confirm", and then nothing happens.

Thanks to anyone who can help me.

    Hello,

If I can believe this message from the SFR community, Bluetooth only works one way: it's okay for input but not for output.

    Excerpt from https://la-communaute.sfr.fr/t5/services-tv/box8-bluetooth-vers-casque-enceinte/td-p/2405381

The Bluetooth on the Box 8, nor that of other SFR boxes, allows sound to be communicated out (headphones, headset, soundbar)... It is only designed for input (to send sound to the box's Media Center).

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

Thank you very much for your response, I just have to change my Box or provider.

What model of box do you have? If the box has an audio output, we might, who knows, find a workaround by acquiring a Bluetooth transmitter.
