AnyCast M2 Plus Dongle?

Good evening. My TV is not connected. To see on its screen what I see on my phone or PC, I bought an AnyCast M2 Plus dongle. I easily plugged it into an HDMI port on the TV and connected it via my phone's WiFi. The next step was to connect the dongle to the router. I think I managed to do that, according to what the dongle's installation screen says, by using my PC's WiFi. But now the dongle is no longer recognized by either my mobile or my PC! Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

But misery, how annoying the line spacing is!!
