OK, mais c'est quoi ce PC..? Marque et modèle... Ou la carte mère..??
Quel Processeur CPU..? et les références de ce disque dur..?. ou SSD..? Quel âge a-t-il..?
Voila pour débuter, avant de commencer.

La carte mère; c'est écrit dessus, soit imprimé en blanc, soit gravé dans le cuivre... ou alors la notice livrée avec ... ou la facture d'achat...
Le disque, marque et modèle sont écrits sur l'étiquette collée sur le disque... Une photo peut faire l'affaire...
Sinon, il existe des logiciels utilitaires qui font ça...
