Hello, I can't use my PC because of that I'm stuck on the main welcome pages so I can't touch anything but this page

Hello,

This shows that it's not a good idea to activate this software in the BIOS when you can also access it through software after launching Windows if you wish.

It is used to identify hardware failures which you can then try to diagnose through its menu; you can usually exit it using Esc or F10.

But if the hardware failure is critical, it’s back to square one; we will replace the software interface with a BSOD or an error message on boot: the only solution then is, with or without the software's diagnostics, an intervention from customer service unless you know why you're stuck (recent inappropriate hardware change...).
