Why is WhatsApp refusing to verify my number? I had GB WhatsApp but I downloaded the official app and now WhatsApp is refusing to verify my number.

    Hello.

    What happened to you is normal since you did not adhere to WhatsApp's rules; your number has probably been banned, which is definitive, so you will no longer be able to use WhatsApp with this number.

    You can try to contact them, but I don't think it will be of much use.
