No service on my iPhone 13

Hello,

My iPhone 13 has been displaying *no service* for quite some time now.
I tried turning airplane mode on and off, I reset network settings, I reinserted the SIM card but none of that works.

I also tried to install the iOS 18.3.1 update but the phone takes hours and hours to verify the update without ever installing it.

The phone no longer displays the IMEI number when I dial *#06#. Please help me.

    Hello @Dybsc StatusMember.

    When the IMEI number no longer shows, it is:

    - Either a stolen phone that has been reported and blocked by its owner, which is the most common case.

    - Or it's a software or hardware problem, in which case, check with Apple or at an authorized Apple store.
