PdfXchange viewer: line thickness locked

Hello,

I must have pressed some keys on the keyboard that messed up my ability to change the thickness of the lines and circles in PDF-XChange Viewer... I have a thick-lined circular stamp, but when I use it, the thickness is very thin. I can't figure out how to go back to how it was. I'm losing my mind.

Thank you for your responses.

I knew that you should definitely not reset because you lose everything you've created, preset fonts, stamps, etc. I made that mistake the first time.

I had made a backup. But before going that route and because I'm stubborn, I wanted to find THE trick to go back!!! And I found it online, with difficulty but it works! Happiness!!!

So if this happens to you: press CTRL 5!!!

Hello,

Try a reset:

In the menu bar --►Edit--►Reset all settings

Restart PDF-XChange Viewer to check.

If the problem persists, uninstall and then reinstall PDF-XChange Viewer.

If you made a backup, import the latest one.

In the menu bar --►Edit--►Import all settings from a data file
