Issue with the percentage progress bar

Hello,
I created an Excel spreadsheet to track the progress of tasks using a progress bar. The bar is supposed to fill from 0 to 100% based on the progress made, with values of 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100%. However, I noticed that the bar does not fill as expected. Instead of filling based on the actual progress of the task, it seems to fill according to the highest value present in the table. https://calculatricepourcentage.fr/calculer-la-moyenne-pourcentage/
For example, if I have values of 30% and 60% in my table, the progress bar fills as if 60% were the target value.
I checked the settings for the progress bar rule, but I can't identify the error.
Can you explain what might cause this behavior and how I can correct it so that the progress bar fills correctly according to the actual progress of each task?
Thank you in advance for your help!
Sophie

Hello.
I see that your request from February 6th has gone unanswered ...
That's because you didn't provide your Excel file, which would have allowed us to work!1) Go to https://www.cjoint.com/
2) Click on [Browse] to select the file (15 MB max)
3) Scroll down to click on the blue button [Create Cjoint link]
4) After a few seconds the second page will display, with the link in bold; right-click on it and choose "Copy link"
5) Go back to the discussion on CCM, and in your message do "Paste".

But maybe you found the solution by now?
